ATAM Classes and Lessons Cancellation Policy

All Classes and Lessons are on an Ongoing Weekly basis Recurring. They are NOT drop in individual lessons. Unless the lessons/classes were originally scheduled to be for a certain period of time with an agreed upon start and stop date to the lessons, or a series of a certain number of lessons (ex: 4 lesson session) it is understood and made clear that All ATAM lessons and classes are recurring weekly. Classes are a minimum of 4 students. Classes and lessons are automatically scheduled to be charged weekly starting on the day of the first lesson. ATAM teachers are scheduled to teach you weekly on the same day and time.

Please, let us know via an e-mail to atamscheduler@gmail.com or to techandmusicteacher@gmail.com if you will not attend a lesson or class at LEAST 24 hours in ADVANCE. This is the ONLY way that we may reschedule with you and ( with 24 hour notice) there will be NO charge to your account. If you do NOT let us know that you will not attend ON or BEFORE the 24 hours prior to your lesson then there WILL be a charge for the instructor's time. In case of emergency illness, please e-mail us NO later than 9:00 AM the day of the lesson to cancel. Otherwise, we will expect you, your time will be reserved for you and your group as scheduled, and you will be charged weekly accordingly.

ATAM requires a written email to atamscheduler@gmail.com or techandmusicteacher@gmail.com to cancel recurring lessons or classes. Simply not showing up does not communicate to ATAM that your lessons are cancelled.
